2015-2016 TRYOUTS!!
 
Tryouts for the 15-16 season will be held starting the week of May 11th through May 31st.  First practices will start the week of June 1st!

RED GROUP
No Requirements
Tuesdays 5pm - 6pm
Saturdays 10am - 12pm
 
WHITE GROUP
No Requirements
Wednesdays 5pm - 7pm
Saturdays 12pm - 2pm
 
BLUE GROUP
Tuck Required (standing or running) - NO SPOT
Tuesdays 7pm - 9pm
Sundays 1pm - 3pm
 
BLACK GROUP
Full Required - NO SPOT
Wednesdays 7pm - 9pm
Sundays 3pm - 5pm

    Running requirements: none

    Skills that will be taught: forward & back rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings 
     

    Tumble for Cheer 2

    Standing requirements: lightly assisted back handspring

    Running requirements: lightly assisted round-off handspring

    Skills that will be taught: Perfect back handsprings, multiple standing back handsprings, round-off handspring tucks, jumps into back handsprings

     

    Tumble for Cheer 3

    Standing requirements: unassisted multiple back handsprings & jump to back handspring

    Running requirements: unassisted round-off back handspring tuck

    Skills that will be taught: Standing back tucks, perfect standing back handspring tucks, layouts, specialty passes
     

    Tumble for Cheer 4

    Standing requirements: unassisted standing back tuck and back handspring tuck

    Running requirements: unassisted round-off back handspring layout (not a whip back)

    Skills that will be taught: Jumps to tucks, multiple standing back handsprings to layouts, twisting, specialty passes

     

    Tumble for Cheer 5

    Standing requirements: unassisted toe touch tuck, multiple back handsprings to layout

    Running requirements: unassisted round-off back handspring full

    Skills that will be taught: combination skills, double fulls, arabians, kick fulls, etc.
